Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all original packaging and accessories included. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@nexvu.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items

The NEXVU-S must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories. Devices showing signs of physical damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return. We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@nexvu.co.uk.
